All sales are non-refundable. I am happy to accept exchanges up to 14 days after the date of the purchase with receipt. If you plan to exchange your piece please do not wear it. If the piece has been worn or is damaged, I will not be able to exchange the piece.
There are NO returns or exchanges on custom orders.
What is Argentium Silver?
Argentium silver is a brand of modern tarnish-resistant silver alloys, containing either 93.5% or 96% silver. Argentium alloys replace some of the copper in the traditional sterling silver alloy (92.5% silver + 7.5% copper) with the metalloid germanium. It contains more pure silver and has a brighter whiter color than sterling silver
What makes Argentium silver responsible?

Argentium’s excellent firestain resistance makes hazardous processes associated with removing firestain a thing of the past. What is Gold-Filled?
Gold-filled is a layered gold product made in the U.S. that is gaining popularity throughout the Americas, Asia, and Europe. It is a quality material that is common in all types of jewelry. The product is easy to care for and will usually maintain its golden shine for a lifetime. Gold-filled is constructed in two or three layers. The core metal is jewelers’ brass. A gold alloy is then bonded to one or both surfaces of the brass core with heat and pressure. Unlike plated (aka electroplated or "dipped") metals, Gold-filled is legally required to contain 5% or 1/20 gold by weight. This 5% is then described by the karat of the gold alloy. Our Gold-filled items are 14kt gold-filled. 14k Gold-filled products are identified as 14/20 Gold-filled; alternatively, 14kt Gold-Filled is also acceptable.
Care
One of the best ways to prevent tarnish on your silver jewelry is by wearing it. Your skin’s natural oils do a great job in preventing tarnish. You should also keep your sterling silver out of moist areas, such as your bathroom. Sterling silver doesn't like hot tubs, pools or sometimes the ocean. If your sterling silver becomes grey you can polish it with a silver polishing cloth. Many of my designs are made with Argentium silver and though it does not tarnish as easily as Sterling Silver it is still possible. It should be cared for the same as Sterling silver.
Though most stones are very durable, they are not indestructible. Try to avoid any blows to the face of your stone.
Ring Sizing
If you see me in person at an event I can size you at that time. If we do not meet in person I can send you an adjustable ring sizer for you to use at home. It measures U.S. sizes 1–17 in ½ -size increments. The finger sizer works like a belt. Simply push the end through the buckle to form a ring shape. Slip the sizer onto your finger. Adjust to give a comfortable fit, checking that it just slips back over the knuckle. Keep in mind wider bands and stacks of rings will end up fitting tighter than a single thin band.
